Sheryl is a mindfulness-based somatic counselor, guiding couples and individuals into more clarity and self acceptance. With sincerity and compassion, she helps clients to take an honest look at how they are approaching life and relationships. Sheryl's approach honors the innate wisdom of each unique human experience. She aims to foster sincere, open hearted expression, creating a safe space to reveal deeper truths, fears and longings. Ultimately, her mission is to help her clients to find peace with themselves and others. She helps couples to shed light on negative patterns that are hijacking their relationships, so they can work together to create healthy intimacy. Sheryl uses a process of body centered mindfulness to teach self observation through self study. With greater awareness of our own habitual patterns of communication and behavior, we have more choices and can create healthy new patterns of relationship with ourselves and others.
