Spend a glorious week in paradise, on the Pacific Coast of Mexico at Mar de Jade. We will have yoga practice each morning and evening, three delicious healthy meals, luxurious rooms, access to swimming pool, ocean and hot tub. Optional whale watching, hiking, massage therapy, sweat lodge, and more! It promises to be just the getaway you need this winter, with perfect weather and wonderful companions.

Swimming in Paradise
As an optional add on for the February 2025 yoga retreat in Mexico, join Shannon Keegan for an introduction to the fundamentals of efficient freestyle swimming.
Have you ever thought of taking up swimming, but something gets in the way?
What if swimming was something that you looked forward to everyday?
Can you imagine being so engaged with your body in the water that time just slips away?
Mar de Jade is the perfect venue to leave your tension on the shore and explore your body in the water. We will discover how to make shapes with your body so that swimming becomes effortless.
Suitable for all levels. Those new to swimming will discover ease while experienced swimmers will find renewed purpose and an exciting new way to think about their movement in the water.
Each day after morning yoga and breakfast we will meet for discussion and exploration both in the pool and the open water. Cost is $300 for the week.
Shannon Keegan is a open water and marathon swimmer, a passionate aquatic advocate, and SwimMastery certified coach based in Talent, Oregon.
