Spring Boot Camp!

M-F  9am, May 17-21

 This year's Spring Boot Camp will be outside in our amazing Lithia Park Yoga Studio. Each morning we will move through the same 30 minute routine of  strengthening and stretching: abs, arms, back and legs, and then we will hit the trail!  Walk or jog through the gorgeous park toward the reservoir.  You can stay with the group or head out on your own.

Saturday Morning Yoga

Saturdays 9am-10:15  (beginning May 15)

 Join me at Lithia Park on the lawn just past the lower duck pond on your left.  This is an all levels, slow flow dynamic yoga class.  Each class is different.  Sheryl highlights alignment and core strength, and gives personalized adjustments and suggestions.
